HISTORY

Around 1950, Mr. Enrique Ramirez, the owner of a small movie theater chain on a regional level in Colombia, was victim of a fire in one of his theaters located in the municipality of Florida, Valle, causing a deal of great damage to the movie theater and its seats. Due to this and due to the need to repair the seats, Mr. Ramírez decided to venture into this business, starting in his own manufacturing in Florida, Valle.

The company was created under the name of “Industrias Nortecaucanas Limitada” (INORCA LTDA).
With time, the company began growing to the point of when the first chair production line was created and exclusively designed to cover the local movie theater market in 1956. With the idea to incorporate new business units, a new automobile (original equipment for automobile constructors) manufacturing line was developed in 1966. In 1986, we began creating a complete set of chairs for public transportation.
Becoming the number one nationwide provider of Movie Theater and Auditorium chairs, INORCA decided to expand into international markets. In 2002, INORCA began their international trade activity, exporting to countries such as United States, Ecuador, Mexico and Honduras.
Currently, our company has consolidated the market nationwide and has been able to position itself as a powerful provider of seats to the international market for its different segments such as movie theaters, auditoriums and the worship market, making us present in 4 continents.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

INORCA SEATING LTDA. warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased is free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective for five years from the date of purchase.
INORCA SEATING LTDA. limits its liability to replacement of the parts in accordance with the foregoing. However, INORCA SEATING LTDA. will not be responsible for any installation costs, loss of time or other consequential damages or costs incurred.

This warranty does not cover damage to the product or parts caused by willful abuse or neglect, destruction by fire, explosion, theft, vandalism or failure to properly install or maintain the product or parts.

The guarantee for fabrics, vinyl or leather (upholstery materials) used in conjunction with our product is limited to the mill's guarantee. INORCA SEATING LTDA. will not be responsible for misuse, wear and tear or abuse, or changes in finish, color, shading or surface texture due to aging, job site conditions, or the natural character of wood solids, veneers and laminates.
